Guideline

  • Request for provisional admission can be made upto two months prior to the date from which admission is sought (the date from which admission is sought is to be indicated in the form).
  • Kindly ensure request for provisional admission is made only upon confirmed transfer/ movement.
  • The name of the applicant, father's name / mother's name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates.
  • It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked ( * ) in red. If any field is not applicable for you, please write NA (Not Applicable).
  • An incomplete registration form will automatically be rejected.
  • After completing the form, click on ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an auto- generated Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number and login credentials.
  • You will also receive an SMS with reference number and login credentials. You can check status of application using the login credentials.
  • Once the application details are verified, you will receive an intimation for payment of fee. You will be able to make fee payment by logging in to the portal within seven days of receiving the intimation. Provisional admission would be granted on payment of prescribed fees amount.
  • The application for provisional admission would stand cancelled in case of non-payment of fee within the prescribed time limit.
  • Admission would be confirmed on submission of Transfer Certificate from previous school attended, and other documents.
  • No print out of the registration form is required to be taken.

    • Category II -Children of Serving Army/ IAF/ personnel on deputation to Navy, serving Indian Coast Guard (ICG) Personnel and NCS Staff). (Online Registration will commence from 12 Mar 24)
    • Category III -(Children of retired Naval Personnel). (Online Registration will commence from 12 Mar 24)
    • Category IV -(Children of serving and retired Army, IAF and retired ICG personnel). (Online Registration will commence from 18 Mar 24)
    • Category V -(Children of Defence Civilian Personnel). (Online Registration will commence from 18 Mar 24)
    • Category VI -Others) (Online Registration will commence from 22 Mar 24)
  • Kindly download guidelines & read all instructions carefully before you click on PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.
  • The name of the applicant, father's name / mother's name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No corrections will be allowed later on. Enter name of student and parents of std II to IX as per transfer certificate of previous school while for LKG and Std I. Kindly enter name as per birth certificate only.
  • It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked ( * ) in red. If any field does not applicable for you, please write NA (Not Applicable).
  • An incomplete registration form will automatically be rejected.
  • After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an auto-generated Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number, USER ID & PASSWORD for further correspondence.
  • You will receive either a SMS or an E-mail (on your registered mail id) as an acknowledgement with reference number, USER ID and PASSWORD for further correspondence.
  • The USER ID & PASSWORD should be preserved by the parent to check the online admission status of the applicant.
  • Take a print out of the Form through Print Form  option and Acknowledgement Receipt . You would require quoting the reference number for all future correspondence with the school.
  • NOTE: Applicants must retain a copy of the printout of registration form and acknowledgement receipt for their record.
  • Amount Paid at the time of registration of admission is non-refundable.

NOTE: Admission for categories other than category – I (Children of serving Naval Personnel) will open subject to availability of vacancy.
